Chef Tony at The Old Siam has over ten years of sushi making experience. He also acclaimed several prestige sushi making awards including the Sushi Chef Olympics Award. In 2007, he won the Gold Medal in maki sushi making in the Sushi Chef Olympics Competition in Tokyu, Japan.
